1. Type of work to be done must fit the instructional intent of the program.
2. An estimate for work to be completed must be made at the school body shop before acceptance of any work. Estimates are by appointment only.
3. The auto is to be brought to the body shop upon school request.
4. The auto will be left at the shop until the work is completed. Notification, when job is done, will be by telephone.
5. Students complete the work; therefore, it is not warrantied or guaranteed. However, any improperly completed work should be brought to the attention of the department so that students will be able to recognize and correct any future errors.
6. Materials used are to be supplied by the department.
7. The auto will not be released until paid for with cash, check, Mastercard, or Visa.
8. The auto must be 8 years old or newer.
9. The time element can only be approximate and not promised.
10. I agree that I, a participant in this learning process, cannot hold the student, instructor, or institution responsible for my personal safety because of my participation in this learning situation.
