| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 05/05/08 CLEVELAND, WI– Lakeshore Technical College will hold a Cleveland Training Room Dedication on May 12 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. LTC is renaming its Wisconsin Training Room to the Cleveland Training Room to recognize the village in which LTC’s main campus is located. The public is invited to attend the dedication event. A social will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at which time attendees will be able to view wall prints detailing the history of the Cleveland area. A program will follow from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. that will include remarks from LTC President Mike Lanser, LTC Board Chair Cindy Huhn and Greater Centerville Historian Researcher Charlie Bauer; a short video about the history of Centerville; and a reading and signing of a resolution to rename the room. The room is located near LTC’s Manitowoc County Training Room and Sheboygan County Training Room in LTC’s Lakeshore Building. Attendees also are invited to stay for the Greater Centerville Historians meeting at 7:30 p.m. in LTC’s Lake Michigan Conference Room. The topic will be the “History of Lakeshore Technical College,” and LTC current and past presidents Mike Lanser, Dennis Ladwig and Fred Nierode will present.
