Online Course Orientation
Welcome to Online Learning at Lakeshore Technical College!
You will need to complete an online orientation as a portion of your course curriculum. Your orientation and your class will be utilizing Angel to communicate with your instructor, turn in coursework, and follow your course's curriculum. If your instructor has notified you that your class will be held in another platform other than Angel,
click here.
Log onto Angel to begin:
- Course Web site: http://ltc.angellearning.com
- Username: 8-digit LTC Student ID Number
- Password: Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number OR Last 4 Digits of your Student ID Number
(Please note it is recommended that you change your password. Keep in mind that if you have used Angel in the past, you may have already done so.)
Important! You have to register for a class before you are able to complete the online orientation. It takes 24 hours to create an account after you register. If you have not taken an online class in Angel, you will not have access to your Angel account until 7 to 10 days prior to your class. If you have taken the orientation in its previous format, you will still be required to take the updated version in Angel.
Once in Angel:
Click on the Angel Orientation under courses. Here you will find both the course schedule and syllabus for your review. After reviewing these, click on the Learning Plans tab to find your curriculum, weekly assignments, and their corresponding due dates.
