Important Requirements
- Honors recognition
- To be eligible for Honors, a program grade point average of 3.400 to 3.999 is required. Honors graduates will get a medallion with a white ribbon at check-in.
- To be eligible for Presidential Honors, a program grade point average of 4.000 is required. Presidential Honors graduates will get a medallion with a gold ribbon at check-in.
- PTK members will get a gold stole at check-in.
General Information
- OPTIONAL- Order a copy of the graduation ceremony by clicking here. The cost is $10 ($15 if mailed).
- May graduate diplomas will be mailed by June 25.
- August graduate diplomas will be mailed by September 4. Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
Important Dates
- April 13- Graduation announcements available for pickup in Student Services.
- May 4- Caps and gowns available for pickup in Bookstore—Required if attending graduation.
- May 12- 11 a.m.- Graduation practice in Gym.
- May 13- Contact Student Records if special accomodations are needed for any guests.
- May 16- 12:30 p.m.- Report to Room L-222
- Check in.
- Complete name card.
- If program GPA is 3.400 or higher, pick up honor medallion.
- If a Phi Theta Kappa member, pick up gold stole.
- May 16- 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.- Light refreshments will be available for graduates in Room L-232.
- May 16- 1:30 p.m.- Line up in hallway of Lakeshore Building on second floor near atrium.
- June 11- Verify and confirm your contact information on My LTC, including name, mailing address, home phone number, cell phone number, and secondary email. If incorrect, contact Student Registration at 920.693.1366. After that date, contact Student Records at 920.693.1888.
Graduation Ceremony
- Ceremony is May 16 at 2 p.m. in the east parking lot (weather permitting); alternate location will be in the Gym. For ceremony location, call 920.693.1825 or check the home page of the website.
- Parking is available in the student lots.
- Bus transportation is available from the parking lots to and from the ceremony.
- Drop-off locations are available in the east lot for anyone with a disability.
- Vehicles with handicap permits will be allowed to park in the east lot.
- Seating for 2250 is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Alumni Reception for guests and graduates will be held in the cafeteria and deck area after the ceremony.
Inclement Weather

- One (1) ticket per graduate will be distributed with each gown to be used for guest seating in the Gym.
- Viewing rooms will be available throughout campus for other guests.
