Hire an LTC Graduate
LTC Graduates Make Great Employees
At Lakeshore Technical College, we focus on preparing graduates to hit the ground running when they enter the job market. We know the companies and organizations that hire them want and need the same thing.
In addition to hands-on, technical education, our courses are specifically designed to give graduates eight key life and success skills, or core abilities, ranging from critical thinking to communication skills to ethics, that today's employers expect. We call it "work-ready" and it really works.
LTC also works to ensure students have access to the most relevant education possible. Each LTC program area has an Advisory Committee consisting of representatives from local employers who help LTC maintain relevant instruction, adopt the latest technology, and identify continuing education needs.
Linking Employers With LTC Students
LTC's Career Placement Services (CPS) provides resources to connect LTC Students with employer opportunities. From an online employment information system to campus events, employers have easy access to both the college and our services.
